1) What do you most want to be known for?
2) How do you want your audience to feel after experiencing your brand (or what results do you want them to have)?
These are not rhetorical questions. We’re about action around here.
I came to Rachel a little later in the game. Though I’d been running my business for a while I felt it had no identity.
